MAX Airport is built on iOS, designed for iPad mini, and is the first truly mobile DCS and delivers user-friendly application to the Volotea airport agents in any role.
MAX Airport allows agents to break free from the fixed counter by supporting nearly 100% of all check in requirements from the powerful user-friendly application. MAX Airport supports:

- Check In with full seat map display

- Passport and Document collection
- Payment Processing

Volotea also benefit from the powerful MAX On Time Performance (OTP) Dashboard that monitors all airport activity and delivers real time notifications or alerts to users when issues arise. The OTP dashboard is key tool to further improving Volotea’s OTP.
Plus MAX Airport automates disruption management based on Volotea’s business rules further streamlining the delay process and improving the customer experience.
After a successful trial at Asturias, Volotea will be rolling out Levarti’s MAX-Airport application across their network.
